The project was to design an exhibit space for an artist desired. 
Since I am a big fan of Egon Schiele, I designed this exhibit space for his work.

Schiele’s work, by some, found a little disturbing due to it’s grotesque nature. His subject matter is also very sexual almost pornographic. His earlier work depicted many prostitues in various uncomfortable positions.  

I wanted to create the feeling of one being “inside of someone” with red leather textile that covers the walls of Insides Hallway. Flesh like feel is what is being intended here. The hall takes the spectator to the area where Schiele’s more sexual/erotic work is being exhibited.

Also the ropes coming down from the transparent ceiling down to the floor is inspired by one of Schiele’s paintings.
